Lennar Corp. is building 81 garage town homes at Windward Harbour in Dowell near Solomons, where residents can enjoy a marina, a pier, a tot lot and walking trails. Some homes are on waterfront lots.

Each home in this Calvert County community will include a deck, low-maintenance vinyl siding, professional landscaping with a sodded lawn and a one- or two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; crown moldings; oak cabinets in the kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring and tub surrounds; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,001 to 2,091 finished square feet, with base prices from $335,900 to $360,900.

The Nautilus model, with 2,091 square feet, is priced from $335,900. This home features a gated courtyard in the front with an adjacent one-car garage. The nearby kitchen has a breakfast bar, a pantry and an entrance to the mudroom/laundry room.
