ALL OVER ASIA — Cathay Pacific again is offering the chance to see much of Asia with it’s All Asia Pass, which starts at $1,099. The pass includes round-trip air from New York to Hong Kong and then 21 consecutive days of economy class travel to any of 18 other Asian cities in Indonesia, Korea, Thailand and the Philippines. Travel must be completed by Dec. 1. Extra charges and taxes vary on itinerary and number of cities selected. Travel can be booked online at www.cathayusa.com or through a travel agent.


To celebrate the third anniversary of daily seasonal service to Ireland, US Airways is offering round-trip flights to Dublin or Shannon from $399.

Flights are available from Ronald Reagan Washington National and Washington Dulles International airports, connecting with flights from Philadelphia to the two Irish cities. AirTran Airways has announced a system-wide sale to all of its destinations from the three major Washington-area airports. Sample fares — all are one way; round-trip tickets are not required — from Dulles and National include Atlanta ($59), San Francisco ($129), Los Angeles ($129) and Cancun, Mexico ($139, beginning Dec. 15).

Sample fares from Baltimore Washington International Airport include Boston ($44), Dayton ($39), Orlando, Tampa and Fort Lauderdale ($74). Tickets must be booked by Sept. 20 and are good for travel through Feb. 1, 2006.

CheapCaribbean.com has a special offer for travel to San Juan, Puerto Rico. For $459 per person (based on double occupancy) travelers can receive four nights in the four-star El Conquistador Resort and Golden Door Spa, with round-trip airfare included. Also included is a $200 resort credit per room for use at the spa, restaurants or casino, along with special two-for-one deals on golf, tennis, water sports and spa treatments. The sale ends Monday. New destinations

With the announcement of their three newest Caribbean destinations, Spirit Air is offering introductory sale fares to Providenciales and Grand Turk in the Turks and Caicos Islands and St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Sale fares start at $159 for travel from National to each of the new destinations.

Service begins to St. Thomas on Dec. 15, while Providenciales begins Feb. 16, and Grand Turk on Feb. 19, 2006. Sale ends Sept. 30; tickets must be booked on www.spiritair.com.
