New addition

It’s a boy for Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin.

Moses Martin, the couple’s second child, was born last weekend in New York City, the office of Miss Paltrow’s publicist, Stephen Huvane, said yesterday. No other information was released, Associated Press reports.

Miss Paltrow, 33, won an Oscar for her role in 1998’s “Shakespeare in Love.” The British-born Mr. Martin, 29, is the lead singer of Coldplay. Their daughter, Apple, turns 2 on May 14.

Career revival

Kate Moss will star in a new ad campaign for Calvin Klein, the company announced yesterday — another sign that her career is back on track after cocaine use reports.

According to AP, the British supermodel, 32, who first appeared as the face of Calvin Klein 14 years ago, will be featured on billboards and in magazines this fall after signing a contract reported to be worth $900,000.

The ads, which also will feature British male model Jamie Dornan, will be shot in New York this week, says campaign creative director Fabien Baron.

It was the 1992 Calvin Klein commercials ? in which Miss Moss appeared in a series of black-and-white shots with a bare-chested Mark Wahlberg ? that made her a household name. She continued to work with Calvin Klein until 1999.

Burberry and other fashion houses canceled contracts with Miss Moss last year after a British tabloid published a picture of her reportedly using cocaine.

Bitter parting

Bow Wow and Ciara have split, a spokeswoman for Ciara says. The young celebrity couple dated for nearly a year.

“I cannot comment on the reason but can confirm that Ciara and Bow Wow have split,” said the spokeswoman — who took the unusual step of stating that the breakup wasn’t amicable. A message left with Bow Wow’s publicist wasn’t immediately returned, AP reports.

Bow Wow, whose real name is Shad Moss, was christened Lil’ Bow Wow by Snoop Dogg. He dropped the “Lil’” in 2003. The 19-year-old rapper sang a duet with Ciara on “Like You,” the second single off his fourth album, “Wanted.”

Ciara, 20, was dubbed “the First Lady of Crunk & B” by Lil’ Jon, who produced her debut single, “Goodies,” from her 2004 album of the same name.

Foul smell

Could the bloom be off the rose for a reported deal to have Julia Roberts hawk the new perfume line from Christian Dior?

After selling an astonishing $7 million worth of tickets for “Three Days of Rain” on Broadway, the Pretty Woman was in negotiations to be the new face of a Dior fragrance that would debut in 2007. However, reports the New York Post, Dior unexpectedly pulled out of the talks. Both Dior and a rep for Miss Roberts declined comment.

Brangelina baby watch

Angelina Jolie and boyfriend Brad Pitt have taken refuge in a remote Namibian game lodge where wild lions will help ward off the media, Reuters news agency reports, citing an account in a Namibian newspaper.

The celebrity duo and their two adopted children Maddox and Zahara arrived in the southern African country last week, fueling media hype that the Oscar-winning actress plans to give birth in Namibia, away from the spotlight. Namibian Afrikaans daily newspaper Die Republikein said the pair had moved from a luxury beach resort in the harbor town of Walvisbay to a lodge in the Etosha National Game Park in northern Namibia, where lions are a top tourist draw and would help deter intruders trying to photograph the couple. Their baby is due May 18.
