Keswick Homes is building two single-family estate homes on 2- to 3-acre homesites at Stoney Creek in Potomac, where buyers can choose among four models and extensively customize their homes.

Upstairs, the master suite has a private roof deck, a sitting area, two walk-in closets and a bath.

The second bedroom has a private bath and the third and fourth bedrooms share a connecting bath.
