Ryan Homes is building 197 single-family homes at Port Potomac in Woodbridge, a planned community with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, an athletic club, tennis courts, village shops, walking trails, parks and an amphitheater.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three finished levels with three or four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the lower and main level; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a finished recreation room; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,626 to 3,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $579,990 to $659,990. Homeowner association fees are $86 per month.

The Michener model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from $659,990. This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a butler’s pantry and a regular pantry linking the dining room and kitchen, a breakfast area, a family room and a first-floor laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional cathedral ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath upgrade.

Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.

The lower level has a finished recreation room and an optional bath.
