Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick water table on four sides, a brick or stone stoop, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half-bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen, breakfast area and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a fireplace; oak stairs; recessed lighting; 42-inch cabinets, Corian counters and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a high-tech wiring package; a full basement with a rough-in for a bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,470 to 4,386 finished square feet, with base prices from $535,900 to $639,900. Homeowner association fees are $90 per month.
