EasyCruise has announced its second Caribbean winter itinerary, with rates starting at $17 per person, per night. From Dec. 8 through April 12, EasyCruiseOne will make stops at the ports of Philipsburg, St. Maarten; St. Barts; Anguilla; St. Kitts; Antigua and Nevis on a weeklong cycle.
