EYA is building 90 row homes at Centerpointe in Fairfax, a development within walking distance of malls and shopping centers, shops, restaurants and movie theaters.

Each home in this Fairfax County community will include a rooftop terrace, brick front and brick sides, Hardiplank siding on the back, double-hung windows, and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature two to five bedrooms; 21/2 to 41/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; recessed lighting; a gas fireplace; a gas cooktop, wall oven and granite countertops in the kitchen; and high-tech wiring.

The homes have 1,303 to 3,675 finished square feet, with base prices from $545,000 to $975,000. Homeowner association fees are $144 per month.

The Belmont model, with 1,853 to 2,505 square feet, is priced from $645,000 to $735,000. This home features a lower-level entry with a bedroom or optional study with a wall of closets, plus a door to the garage and storage closets.

The main level includes an open living room and dining room with a fireplace and a rear kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry, a breakfast peninsula and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a luxury bath with a double-sink vanity, a corner tub and a separate shower.

A second bedroom with a walk-in closet and an adjacent full bath and a laundry room complete this level.

The optional fourth level includes a loft with an optional fireplace, a roof terrace and a fourth bedroom.
