Last night at Pepsi Center in Denver:

Gilbert Arenas was named the Eastern Conference player of the week for the second week in a row.

In three games Arenas led the Wizards to wins over Denver, Miami and the Los Angeles Lakers. Arenas averaged 40.3 points to lift his scoring average to 29.4 points a game and salted the award away Sunday when he went for a franchise-record 60 points in an overtime win over the Lakers.

81 Points combined scored by the Nuggets’ Marcus Camby, Andre Miller and Earl Boykins.
