NVHomes is building 104 garage town homes with three finished levels at Port Potomac in Woodbridge, a development with a town center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, a community and conference center, a dog park, an amphitheater and walking trails.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 61/2-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, each home features three bedrooms; 21/2 to 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring on the main level; a two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; French doors with transoms; 42-inch cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a cathedral ceiling in the master suite; a structured wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The Carnegie model has about 2,700 to 3,300 finished square feet, with base prices from $474,990 to $504,990. Homeowner association fees are $79 per month.

The Carnegie model features a lower-level entrance into the foyer, a study, a recreation room, a laundry and utility room and a storage room.

The main level includes a living room with three front windows, fluted columns in the dining room, a powder room and a choice of a country kitchen or a kitchen and family room at the back of the house.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private full bath with a double-sink vanity.

Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
