Winchester Homes Inc. is building 48 single-family houses on 7,500-square-foot home sites at Brambleton in Ashburn, a planned community with swimming pools, tennis courts, a town center, multipurpose sports courts, picnic areas and an adjacent golf course.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick-and-siding or stone-and-siding front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

The Spencer model, with 3,526 square feet, is priced from $676,000.. This home features a two-story foyer, a living room and dining room with columns,, an arched ceiling in the hall and a butler’s pantry. Across the back of the home are a study, family room, open kitchen and a breakfast area with a deep bay window.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath.

A step-down loft can be converted to a fifth bedroom with a third full bath. An upper porch is accessible from the hall.
