Last night at Comcast Center:

18 Combined minutes for Ekene Ibekwe, James Gist and Will Bowers in the first half. All three big men quickly picked up two fouls, and Ibekwe added another four minutes before the break as the Terps were forced into a smaller lineup.

“Who got upset tonight?”

Nothing engages a crowd quite like a visiting player committing an intentional foul. Fordham’s Marcus Stout clotheslined D.J. Strawberry on a fast break with 17:25 left. Strawberry shook off the hard fall and made both free throws to extend the Terps’ lead to double digits for good, while Stout became a target for spectator vitriol the rest of the night.
