Bozzuto Homes Inc. is building 122 condominium homes at the Addison at St. Paul in Capital Heights, a gated community close to the Addison Road Metro station and Capital Boulevard shopping center. The Addison includes a playground and a community center with a fitness area and a party room.

The builder is offering $5,000 in closing costs with the use of the preferred lender.

Each building in this Prince George’s County community will include a stone-and-vinyl-siding front, professional landscaping and ample garage parking.

Inside, all three models feature one or two bedrooms; one or two full baths; 9-foot ceilings; 6-foot-tall windows; high-tech wiring; 30-inch natural oak cabinets and GE appliances in the kitchen; ceramic tile tub and shower surrounds; wall-to-wall carpeting; an extra-capacity washer and dryer; energy-efficient heating and gas water heating.

The homes have 830 to 1,164 finished square feet, with base prices from $186,855 to $261,000. Monthly condominium fees are $103 to $165 in buildings three and four, with fees to be determined for buildings one and two.

The Berkshire model, with 1,000 square feet, is priced from $218,000. This home has a combined living and dining room, which has a sliding glass door to a patio or balcony.

The Canterbury model, with 1,164 square feet, is priced from $235,000. This home features a central living room with an adjacent sunroom, a dining room with windows on two sides and a kitchen.
