How did you get started in real estate? When the opportunity came up to open our own company, I was more ready to team up with my family in real estate. I also like having the ability to help future homeowners and investors with finding the right property.

How long with the current company? Three years

License: Maryland real estate sales

Associations: National Association of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors

Awards: Top producer 2004, 2005

Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: Being selected to the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors Rookie Society Committee.

What is your area of specialty? Investors.

Highest-priced home sold: $649,900

Most memorable house: I sold a home in the city of Baltimore that had more than 6,000 square feet inside. It included 10 bedrooms, six bathrooms, two staircases and four kitchens, and it was easy to get lost inside. On the outside, it had an in-ground pool, two decks, a three-car garage, a rooftop terrace and probably the best view of Lake Montebello in the area.

Worst experience: Earlier this year, I had a contract on a house that I was planning to renovate and resell. While under contract, the selling agent put it under contract and settled with someone else.

Age: 26

Family: Single

Pets: none

Education: Watkins Mill High School; Long & Foster Institute; continuing education classes.

Community service/outside interests: Habitat for Humanity; Children’s Hospital; Rockville Lions Club

Last book read: “Nothing Down: How to Buy Real Estate With Little or No Money Down,” by Robert G. Allen

Last movie seen: “Airplane”

What kind of car do you drive? 1981 Mercedes 300D

What is your personal dream house? My dream home would have features from old estates around the world combined with solid construction. In the home, every bedroom upstairs would have its own bathroom, loft, sitting room, balcony and cathedral ceilings. The main level would consist of a library, a huge dining area, a huge kitchen and a family room. In the basement, there would be a home theater, a recreation room and an indoor pool. Other interior features include catwalks, French doors in each room leading to the wrap-around porch and a winding staircase that wraps around the atrium in the center of the house. The exterior of the home will have an in-ground pool, hot tub, five-car garage with a guest house above it and a circular cobblestone driveway.
