Last night at Dean Smith Center in Chapel Hill, N.C.



Shooting percentage for Maryland, its lowest of the season. The Terrapins shot less than 30 percent in both halves as they lost their fifth straight to North Carolina.


North Carolina already had the game well in hand in the second half when David Noel zipped a pass from the top of the key to the low post, where Tyler Hansbrough grabbed the ball and converted a dunk to make it 63-44.
