Centex Homes is building 144 town homes at the Gaithersburg community of Hidden Creek, which has a swimming pool and clubhouse and location within minutes of Shady Grove Metro station. Several shopping centers and parks are nearby.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all four models feature three bedrooms; two full baths and one or two half baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and baths; high ceilings on all three levels; a fireplace; 42-inch raised panel cabinets, a pantry and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a finished recreation room; an advanced multimedia wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,900 to 2,500 finished square feet, with base prices from $471,990 to $535,990. Homeowner association fees are $60 per month.

The Stratton model, with 1,900 square feet, is priced from $478,990. This home features a lower-level entrance into a foyer, with a recreation room, walk-in closet and powder room on this level, along with an entrance to the garage.

On the main level are an open living room and dining room with a three-sided fireplace, powder room and an open center-island kitchen and breakfast area with a pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a private bath with a double-sink vanity and an oversized shower with a seat.
