Miller and Smith LLC is building 77 single-family homes on 6,400-square-foot homesites at Brambleton in Ashburn, a planned community with walking trails, a recreation complex, a swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts and high-speed Internet access.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a Craftsman-style exterior with vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, both models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 10-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets, Corian counters, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the baths; a master bath with a large shower; a structured wiring system; a rough-in for a basement bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,579 to 3,310 finished square feet, with base prices from $639,990 to $684,990. Homeowner association fees are $170 per month.

The Clara Bow model, with 3,310 square feet, is priced from $684,990. This home features a covered front porch opening into the living room and dining room. A study with walls of windows, an adjacent powder room and an open kitchen, family room and breakfast area complete the level.

Upstairs, the master suite has a separate sitting room echoing the shape of the breakfast area below, a wall of windows, a walk-in closet and a luxury bath.

This level includes a loft, a second full bath, a laundry room and three more bedrooms.
