American Heritage Homes is building 75 single-family homes on 2- to 7-acre homesites at Mineral Springs Plantation near Fredericksburg. The community features mature trees and a reservoir. Some waterfront homes are available.

Each home in this Spotsylvania County community will include three sides of large tumbled brick, a brick step and stoop, Hardiplank siding, professional landscaping and a three-car, side-entry garage.

The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and an adjacent breakfast room with three sides of windows and a cathedral ceiling.

The first-floor master suite has a separate sitting room with columns, a cathedral ceiling and windows on three sides, a walk-in closet and a bath with a window seat.
