WCI Renaissance Communities is building 36 luxury town homes at Occoquan Reach.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include Hardiplank siding with shingle and stone exteriors, a brick-paved front walk, professional landscaping, brick-edged driveway and a two-car rear-entry garage. The development is near Historic Old Town Occoquan and the Occoquan Harbor Marina.

Inside, all three models feature three or four bedrooms; 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring on the first floor; an oak staircase; 9-foot ceilings on the main level, with 8-foot ceilings on the lower and upper levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch wood cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,911 to 2,731 finished square feet, with base prices from $642,900 to $662,900. Homeowner association fees are $140 per month.

The Blue Heron model, with 2,731 square feet, is priced from $662,900. This home features a lower-level entrance into the foyer, which has decorative columns and an entrance to the garage.

The main level features an open living room and dining room, a powder room and an open center-island kitchen, breakfast area and family room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a bump-out sitting area with a wall of windows, a walk-in closet and a bath.

Two more bedrooms, a hall bath and a laundry room complete this level.
