Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 225 duplex-style homes at Wildewood in California, a planned community with a clubhouse, swimming pools, trails, parks, sports fields and an amphitheater. Town homes and single-family homes also are available.

Each home in this St. Mary’s County community will include a covered front porch, vinyl siding, windows on three sides and a rear-entry one-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, both Duet Series duplex models feature an open floor plan with three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; a gas fireplace; and a full unfinished basement.

The homes have 2,156 finished square feet, with base prices from $339,900 to $355,990. Homeowner association fees are $75 per month.

The Emory model features a front porch leading into a foyer with decorative columns framing entrances to the living room and formal dining room. Nearby is a powder room. The stairs to the upper and lower levels have been placed at the side of the home to include a window on the two upper-level landings.

At the back of the home are a family room with a gas fireplace and an open center-island kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a private bath with a dual sink vanity and a shower.

Two more bedrooms share a hall bath.

The lower level includes a laundry and storage room.
