Classic Community Corp. is building 54 neo-traditional single-family homes at the Villages of Urbana near Frederick, a community with a swimming pool, recreation center, walking trails and a planned town center.

The builder is offering $20,000 in options such as a kitchen upgrade or a finished recreation room and bath, plus $10,000 in closing costs to buyers.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a front porch, Hardiplank siding, a white picket fence, professional landscaping and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, each model features four bedrooms; 2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9- and 10-foot ceilings; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble hearth; 42-inch raised-panel cabinets, a desk, a pantry, a breakfast bar and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic-tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; and gas heat and hot water.

The Inverness model has approximately 2,800 finished square feet, with a base price of $582,490. Homeowner association fees are $54 per month.

The Inverness features a foyer flanked by the living room and dining room. In the center of the home are a powder room and open kitchen, with an adjacent breakfast area and family room with a door to a covered porch.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath. Three more bedrooms, a hall bath and a laundry room complete this level.
