A headline and story in yesterday’s editions incorrectly described the plea bargain reached between Bernard Kerik, the former New York City police commissioner, and prosecutors. Mr. Kerik pleaded guilty to accepting gifts while serving as the commissioner of the city’s corrections department, and that he failed to report a loan from a real estate developer. Both charges are misdemeanors.
