Ryan Homes is building 700 town homes at the Villages of Urbana near Frederick, a community with a swimming pool, hiking trails, playing fields and tennis courts.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a brick front and professional landscaping.

Inside, each home features three bedrooms; two full baths and two half baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main and upper levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; Corian counters, a pantry and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; high-tech wiring; a finished basement with a walk-out door, a powder room and a study; and a 12-foot room extension on all three levels.

The Fairmont model has 2,586 finished square feet, with base prices from $350,990 to $418,990. Homeowner association fees are $74 per month.

The Fairmont model offers a choice of three styles on the main level, with a front living room, a formal dining room and a kitchen, or a front living room with a rear country kitchen. The third option is a formal living room with a middle dining room and an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast area. Each includes a 12-foot morning room extension and a powder room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting area, a walk-in closet and a bath.

Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.

The lower level includes a study, a recreation room, a powder room, a laundry room and storage space.
