Toll Bros. Inc. is building 900 single-family homes and town homes at Marlboro Ridge in Upper Marlboro, where planned amenities include a stable, riding rings, a clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts and equestrian trails.

Each home in the Glen section of this Prince George’s County community will be built on a homesite of 8,000 square feet and include beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Some homes include a brick front.

Inside, all six models feature three or four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; a security system; an advanced fiberoptic communication system; and two-zone heating and air conditioning.

The homes have about 2,400 to 3,200 finished square feet, with base prices from $591,975 to $631,975. Homeowner association fees are $102 per month.

The Richmond model, with 2,850 square feet, is priced from $614,975. This home features a two-story foyer with an adjacent powder room and an open entrance into a two-story living room. Nearby are a formal dining room and a two-story family room with a two-story wall of windows and a fireplace. The main staircase has an entrance from the foyer and the breakfast area.

This level also has a center-island kitchen and breakfast area, a private study and a laundry room near the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, a sitting area, a walk-in closet and a bath.
