Centex Homes is building 120 town homes in the Sky Meadows neighborhood at Brambleton in Ashburn, a planned community with swimming pools, tennis courts, playing fields, parks, miles of walking trails, a town center with shops and restaurants and the adjacent Brambleton Regional Golf Course.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a partial brick front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a deck and a two-car rear-entry garage.

Inside, both models feature three finished levels with three bedrooms; two full baths and two half baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and baths; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; a fireplace; upgraded moldings; 42-inch cabinets, recessed lighting and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a multimedia wiring package; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,852 to 1,913 finished square feet, with base prices from $389,590 to $395,490. Homeowner association fees are $171 per month.

The Stratton model, with 1,913 square feet, is priced from $395,490. This home features an open living and dining room on the main level with a powder room and a three-sided fireplace. At the back of this level are an open center-island kitchen and breakfast area with a sliding glass door to a deck.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, a wall of windows and a bath with a double-sink and an oversized shower with a seat.
