Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage with carriage-style doors.

Inside, all four models feature three or four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half-bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9- and 10-foot ceilings; Colonial-style trim; 42-inch cabinets and recessed lighting in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a full basement; high-tech wiring; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,223 to 2,794 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,990 to $659,990. Homeowner association fees are $314 per quarter.

The Cavendish model, with 2,606 square feet, is priced from $614,990. This home features a two-story foyer with columns flanking the entrance to the formal dining room, which has a tray ceiling and a bay window. At the back of this level are a two-story great room and a center-island kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area.

The first-floor master suite has a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath.

This level also includes a second bedroom or optional study with a walk-in closet and an adjacent full bath. A laundry room and entrance to the garage are nearby.
