NVHomes is building 43 single-family homes on quarter-acre and larger homesites at Stonecrest in Arnold, a development within a quarter mile of a shopping center.

Each home in this Anne Arundel County community will include a brick front, a brick stoop, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage with carriage-style doors.

This home features a two-story foyer with columns flanking the entrance to the formal dining room, which has a tray ceiling and a bay window. At the back of this level are a two-story great room and a center-island kitchen with an adjacent breakfast area.

The first-floor master suite has a tray ceiling, two walk-in closets and a bath.

This level also includes a second bedroom or optional study with a walk-in closet and an adjacent full bath. A laundry room and entrance to the garage are nearby.

Upstairs are a loft, a full bath and a third bedroom with access to unfinished attic storage space.
