How did you get started in real estate? My first child went to college and my second child was in high school, so I had a lot of free time on my hands. I obtained my real estate license and it has been great. I love it.

How long with the current company? Five years

License: Maryland real estate sales

Awards: Top producer in office, May 2006; 2004-2005 executive club; 2001-2003 million dollar club

Greatest accomplishment in the past 12 months: Seeing one of my kids graduating from graduate school

What is your area of specialty? Germantown, Fox Chapel

Highest-priced home sold: $925,000

Most memorable house: I sold a condo to a very good friend of mine. She never thought she could buy a house because of her limited income, but she had great credit history. We were able to find a condo in Germantown, and the day of settlement we both cried in the parking lot.

Worst experience: Some foreign clients were going back to their country. They shipped everything and the deal fell through the day of settlement. They had to stay in the empty house and had to sleep on the floor. I took some blankets to them. It was two days before Christmas. We got another offer and closed two weeks later. They are great people. As far as I know they are very happy in their country.

Age: 52

Family: Married; two daughters, age 24 and 21

Pets: None

Last movie seen: “Million Dollar Baby”

What kind of car do you drive? Ford Explorer SUV

What is your personal dream house? An old Victorian house.
