Beazer Homes Corp. is building 141 town homes at Greenfield in Hagerstown, a community that also includes single-family homes and is near shopping areas, a playground, a multipurpose field, basketball courts and a picnic pavilion.

Each town home in this Washington County community will include 4-inch vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a garage.

Inside, each town home features three bedrooms; two full baths; two half baths; recessed lighting; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; volume ceilings in the bedrooms; 42-inch oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; and gas heat and hot water.

The Morgan model, with 1,341 finished square feet, is priced from the mid-$200,000s. Homeowner association fees are expected to be less than $50 per month.

This home features a lower-level entry with a powder room off the two-story foyer, a coat closet and an entrance to the garage. At the rear of this level is a recreation room, a laundry room and a utility/storage closet.

The main level features an open living and dining room, a powder room and an open kitchen and breakfast area at the back of the home.

Upstairs, the master suite has a wall of windows, a walk-in closet and a private bath.

Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
