K. Hovnanian Homes is building 1,000 single-family homes on lots from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet at Eagles Pointe in Woodbridge, where residents can enjoy a clubhouse, swimming pool, walking trails and tot lots.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, vinyl siding, professional landscaping, a sodded lawn and a two-car garage.

Inside, all 12 models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; a full basement with a rough-in for a bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,658 to 3,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,990 to $719,990. Homeowner association fees are $125 per month.

The New York model, with 3,300 square feet, is priced from $689,990. This home features a front porch, a two-story foyer, a library with a bay window, a formal living room and a formal dining room, with a central split staircase accessible from the foyer and the kitchen.

The kitchen includes a pantry and a desk and is open to the breakfast area and family room. This level also has a powder room and a laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath. A sitting room can be added along with a tray ceiling.
