Bozzuto Homes Inc. is building 45 town-home-style condominiums at the Carriage Homes at Summit Crossing in Gaithersburg, near shops, restaurants and a MARC train station. Most of the homes have two levels; some have four.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick and vinyl exterior, professional landscaping and a one- or two-car garage. Some homes include a deck or a two-story porch.

Inside, all three models feature two or three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, powder room and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings; 6-foot-tall windows; crown moldings; 42-inch oak cabinets and a granite counter in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower. The homes are Energy Star compliant: They meet elevated standards of energy efficiency, with gas heat.

The homes have 1,631 to 2,227 finished square feet, with base prices from $389,990 to $494,990. Condominium fees are about $250 per month.

The Asbury model, with 1,631 square feet, is priced from $389,990. This home features a foyer entrance, an open living and dining room, a storage closet, a powder room and an open kitchen with a pantry. An additional closet is adjacent to the garage entrance.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet, a second closet and a bath.

A second bedroom, an office, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.
