Ross Development and Investment and DANAC Corp. are building 644 condominiums at Rockville Town Square in Rockville.

Each of the four buildings will have a fitness center and clubroom, along with an upper-level terrace. This Montgomery County development includes two swimming pools and private access garage parking.

Monthly condominium fees range from $300 to $750.
