Wood Partners is building 282 condominium homes at Tribeca at Camp Springs, in Camp Springs in Prince George’s County, a development with an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a clubhouse with a great room, an outdoor grilling and eating area, controlled parking and concierge services.

Retail shops are located on the street level, and the Branch Avenue Metro station is across the street.

Inside, all 14 models feature one to three bedrooms; one or two full baths; a solarium, balcony or patio; 9-foot ceilings; crown moldings; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen; a full-size or stackable washer and dryer; high-speed Internet access; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 664 to 1,601 finished square feet, with base prices from the upper $200,000s. Condominium fees have yet to be determined.

The Harrison model has an open floor plan with a center-island kitchen, living area, dining area and solarium. The master bedroom includes a solarium at one end, a built-in desk, a walk-in closet and a private full bath. The second bedroom has a walk-in closet, a laundry room and access to the second bath.

The Madison model features an entry hall with a closet, a living room open to the solarium and a dining room open to the kitchen, which has a center island and a wall of windows. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a linen closet and an adjacent full bath.
