Mitchell & Best Homebuilders LLC is building 15 single-family homes on 11/2- to 111/4-acre homesites at Fieldstone Farm near Purcellville, Va., a community with equestrian trails and mountain views.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a brick base on the front, a brick or flagstone stoop, Hardiplank siding and a two- or three-car garage.

The main level includes a living room, a formal dining room, a library, a second powder room, a center-island kitchen, a butler’s pantry, a second dining area with a wall of windows, a laundry room and a family room with windows on three sides.
