Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a basement bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 2,700 to 3,850 finished square feet, with base prices from $599,900 to $679,900.
