Two major residential subdivisions in and around Centreville are currently under development: Symphony Village and North Brook.

Both are close to Queenstown’s Prime Outlets that contain more than 55 specialty shops. They share a location near the Chesapeake Bay, a fisherman’s dream come true. Recreational crabbing is a Queen Anne’s County pastime. Public boat ramps are located throughout Queen Anne’s County.

Residents also can take advantage of Blue Heron Golf Course in nearby Stevensville, an 18-hole county-owned course or visit Queenstown Harbor Golf Links, a 36-hole river and lake course.

Symphony Village has 395 residential lots and North Brook, 437.
