Seisin LLC is building 12 luxury town homes at the Townes of Shirlington in Arlington, part of a mixed-use development with a town square, including shops and offices in the Nauck community on Shirlington Road.

Each home in this Arlington County community will have a brick exterior and will include two reserved parking spaces in the underground garage.

Inside, all three models feature three or four levels with three or four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half bath; marble flooring in the foyer and powder room; hardwood flooring on the main level and hallways; oak stairs and railings; 81/2- and 9-foot ceilings; moldings; maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and recessed lighting in the kitchen; ceramic tile bath floors; a master bath with a whirlpool tub; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have about 1,900 to 2,400 finished square feet, with base prices from the upper $600,000s. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Davenport model, with 2,400 square feet, is priced from the upper $600,000s. This home features a lower-level recreation room or bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bath with a large shower. This level also has a storage-utility closet.

The main level has an open living room and dining room, a powder room and a rear kitchen, which opens onto a breakfast area.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a private full bath. A laundry room and an extra closet are in the hall.

The third-level master suite has a full bath and a separate sitting room with dormer windows.
