NVHomes is building 150 traditional single-family homes at Brentwood in Waldorf, where residents can enjoy open spaces, walking trails and a location near shopping centers.

Each home in this Charles County community will include 61/2-inch beaded siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in full baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,722 to 3,324 finished square feet, with base prices from $564,990 to $629,990. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Dartmouth model, with 3,324 square feet, is priced from $614,990. This home features a covered front porch, a two-story foyer, a split central staircase, a formal living room, a study and a formal dining room with a tray ceiling.

The family room has windows flanking the fireplace.

The center-island kitchen has a breakfast bar and a butler’s pantry.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet, a second closet and a luxury bath. A wet bar and a bonus room over the garage can be added.

The second bedroom has private full bath, while two more bedrooms share a connecting bath. A laundry room completes this level.
