Toll Bros. Inc. is building 900 single-family and town homes at Marlboro Ridge in Upper Marlboro, where planned amenities include a stable, riding rings, a clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts and equestrian trails.

Each home in the Hunt section of this Prince George’s County community will be built on a homesite of 12,500 square feet and include a brick and stucco front, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; hardwood flooring in the two-story foyer and kitchen; 9-foot ceilings on the main and second level; crown moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets and granite or Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a full basement with a rough-in for a bath; a security system; and an advanced structured wiring system.

The homes have about 3,100 to 3,700 finished square feet, with base prices from $623,975 to $702,975. Homeowner association fees have yet to be determined.

The Columbia model, with 3,160 square feet, is priced from $634,975 to $647,975. This home features a two-story foyer, a living room, a formal dining room and a study. The center-island kitchen and breakfast area includes a pantry and a step down into the two-story family room, which has a fireplace and a rear staircase. The laundry room has an entrance to the garage and a closet.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting room, a walk-in closet and a bath.

Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
