Ryan Homes is building 160 single-family homes on up to quarter-acre homesites at Stephens Landing in Stephens City, a planned community with mountain views, a park and walking trails. Stephens City includes a historic shopping district.

Each home in this Frederick County community has a choice of exteriors, including some with a brick front; vinyl siding; professional landscaping; a sodded yard; and a two-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature three or four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; a finished basement recreation room; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch cabinets and a pantry in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with ceramic tile flooring, a tub and separate shower; a three-piece a rough-in for a basement bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 1,904 to 2,877 finished square feet, with base prices from $329,990 to $454,990. Homeowner association fees are $30 per month.

The Michener II model, with 2,552 square feet, is priced from $394,990. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the living room and dining room, with a staircase placed at the side of the home to allow a window on the main landing.

This home also has a family room, a butler’s pantry, a center-island kitchen, a breakfast room, a powder room, a laundry room and a covered rear porch.

Upstairs, the master suite has two walk-in closets and a bath.

Three more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.
