WCI Communities Inc. is building 160 condominium homes at the Plaza Residences at Columbia Town Center in Columbia, a development with a rooftop swimming pool and hot tub, a putting green, a fitness center, virtual golf, a game room, a private theater, a dining room with a terrace and guest suites.

The 22-story building in this planned Howard County community will include a private elevator connecting the parking garage with each residence. Each home has a terrace.

The Residence 08 model, with 2,066 square feet, is priced from $950,000 to $1,400,000.
