Basheer & Edgemoore Homes LLC is building 111 single-family estate homes on 3- to 20-acre homesites at Whitehall near Fredericksburg, a community with trails set in acres of trees, streams and parks.

Each home in this Spotsylvania County community will include a brick front, a brick or stone stoop, covered front porch and a two- or three-car garage.

Inside, all seven models feature four bedrooms; three or four full baths and one half bath; 9- and 10-foot ceilings; columns, niches and moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble surround; 42-inch raised panel cabinets, granite counters and upgraded appliances in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The Beaumont model, with 4,721 square feet, is priced from $737,900. This home features a two-story foyer leading into a central hall, a formal living room, a formal dining room, a corner library with an adjacent powder room, and a family room with a wall of windows and a two-sided fireplace.

This fireplace is shared with the keeping room, which is open to the kitchen and breakfast area, which has two walls of windows. This level also has a walk-in pantry and two closets off the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a volume ceiling, a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath with two commode rooms and two vanities.
