Toll Bros. Inc. is building 140 single-family homes on 20,000-square-foot homesites at the Classics at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, a planned community with a golf course, a sports pavilion, a park and a clubhouse.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick stoop, beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two- or three-car garage. Brick, stucco and stone fronts are optional.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; an oak staircase; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace with a marble hearth; 42-inch cabinets and granite or Corian counters in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 3,408 to 3,804 finished square feet, with base prices from $765,975 to $805,975. Homeowner association fees are $182 per month.

The Reston model, with 3,658 square feet, is priced from $765,975. This home features a two-story foyer, a living room, a dining room, a corner study, a powder room, and a family room with windows on three sides and a fireplace. The center-island kitchen has a breakfast area, a walk-in pantry, a rear staircase to the upper level and a door to the laundry room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, a separate sitting room, a walk-in closet and a bath. A balcony and fireplace can be added to the master suite.
