Patriot Homes is building 151 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Fairwood Estates in Bowie, a development with a swimming pool, tennis courts, ball fields, and a community center.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will have poured concrete foundation walls with a brick pattern, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage. Brick fronts are optional.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; a volume ceiling in the master bedroom; 42-inch oak cabinets in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,482 to 3,254 finished square feet, with base prices from $615,900 to $645,900. Homeowner association fees average $225 per month.

The Abraham Clarke model, with 2,482 square feet, is priced from $615,900. This home features a two-story foyer, a formal living room and a formal dining room with optional bay windows.

The center-island kitchen and breakfast area has a pantry and a sliding glass door to the back yard. A bay window and sunroom can be added to the breakfast area.

The main level also has a family room with a wall of windows and a double-door entrance to a study. Nearby are a powder room, two closets and a laundry room with access to the garage.

Upstairs, the master suite has a cathedral ceiling, a step-down to a separate sitting room, two walk-in closets and a bath.
