Ryan Homes is building 134 town homes at Glenbrook in Middletown, where the homes are built around the Hollow Creek Golf Course. A shopping center is across the street. Frederick is 15 minutes away.

Each home in this Frederick County community will include a brick front and professional landscaping.

Inside, the homes feature three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood or ceramic tile flooring in the foyer and powder room; a gas fireplace; ceramic tile flooring in all full baths; upgraded kitchen and bathroom cabinets; recessed lighting in the kitchen and lower level; and a three-level morning room extension.

Current builder incentives include a finished lower-level recreation room and full bath, $7,500 toward closing costs and a choice of two packages. One package includes Corian counters and a brick paver patio; the second includes hardwood flooring on the main level, cherry or maple kitchen cabinets, a kitchen island and a cathedral ceiling in the master suite.

The Fairmont model has up to 2,600 finished square feet, with base prices from $379,990 to $393,690 for an end unit with a bay window. Monthly homeowner association fees are $65.

The Fairmont has a living room, powder room, formal dining room and kitchen on the main level. Buyers can choose alternate layouts with a middle dining room or one with an eat-in country kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has an optional cathedral ceiling, a walk-in closet and a private full bath. Two more bedrooms and a second full bath complete this level.

The lower level has a laundry room, a full bath and a recreation room.
