Stanley Martin Homebuilding LLC is building 117 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Greene Mill Preserve in Leesburg, a planned community with a village green, ponds, an orchard and a conservancy area.

Each home in this Loudoun County community will include a traditional exterior with a brick or stone water table on three sides, a brick or stone stoop and front walk, 61/2-inch beaded siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; oak stairs; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters, upgraded appliances and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a multimedia structured wiring package; a rough-in for a basement bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,996 to 3,643 finished square feet, with base prices from $687,990 to $794,990. Homeowner association fees are $86 per month.

The Bradley model, with 3,643 square feet, is priced from $794,990. This home features a front porch, a library, a formal living room with a bay window, a dining room and a family room with a wall of windows and a fireplace. The kitchen is open to the breakfast area, which has two walls of windows.
