Inside, all five models feature four bedrooms; two or three full baths and one half bath; oak stairs; hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area; 9-foot ceilings on the main and lower levels; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch cabinets, granite counters, upgraded appliances and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a multimedia structured wiring package; a rough-in for a basement bath; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,996 to 3,643 finished square feet, with base prices from $687,990 to $794,990. Homeowner association fees are $86 per month.
