Pulte Homes Inc. is building 210 single-family homes on quarter-acre homesites at Mayfield Trace in Manassas, close to Old Town Manassas, the Manassas National Battlefield Park, commuter routes and several golf courses.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a brick front, a brick water table, 6-inch beaded vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 to 31/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch oak cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, baths and laundry room; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a basement bath; advanced home wiring; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,565 to 3,319 finished square feet, with base prices from $539,900 to $660,900. Homeowner association fees are $53 per month.

The Birmingham model, with 3,063 square feet, is priced from $575,900. This home features a two-story foyer flanked by the formal living room and the formal dining room. The main level includes a central staircase, a powder room, a corner library and a butler’s pantry off the dining room. A laundry room and closet are next to the garage. The center-island kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and a breakfast area, with a knee wall separating this room from the two-story great room.

Upstairs, the master suite has a tray ceiling, a walk-in closet and a bath.
