Patriot Homes is building 77 Colonial-style single-family homes on 12,000-square-foot homesites at Adnell Woods in Bowie.

Each home in this Prince George’s County community will include a brick front and a two-car garage.

Inside, all six models feature four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; a fireplace; an upgraded kitchen; a cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; and a full basement.

The homes have 2,523 to 3,254 finished square feet, with base prices from $539,900 to $566,900. No homeowner association fees are required.

The Francis Scott Key II model, with 2,712 square feet, is priced from $539,900. This home features a two-story foyer with a staircase on one side to the upper level. Double doors open off the foyer into a den with windows facing the front of the house.

On the opposite side of the foyer is the living room, which has a front window and can be accessorized with additional windows, a fireplace and columns framing the doorway into the dining room. Bay windows can be added to the formal dining room.

The open kitchen and breakfast area include a pantry and a center island, with a wood railing separating the breakfast area from the step-down family room. The family room has a fireplace and windows facing the back yard.

Upstairs, the master suite has windows on two sides, two walk-in closets and a bath.
