Sturbridge Homes is building 144 condominium homes at GrandView at Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole in Annapolis, where residents can walk to shops and restaurants.

The GrandView has a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness center, a massage room, a social club, concierge services and garage parking.

Inside, all eight models feature a covered balcony; two or three bedrooms; 21/2 to 31/2 baths; ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen and baths; 10- and 11-foot ceilings; granite counters in the kitchen; and a master bath with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower.

The Everest model, with 1,780 square feet, is priced from the $700,000s to $1,000,000. This home features a powder room off the foyer, an eat-in kitchen with a pantry and a breakfast bar. Nearby is a laundry room. The open dining room and living room have a sliding glass door to a balcony and a set of double doors to a den.
