Miller and Smith LLC is building 87 attached cottage-style homes at Victory Lakes in Bristow, a planned community with a clubhouse, an activities director, soccer and baseball fields, tennis courts, in-line skating courts, basketball courts, a swimming pool, lakes, a dog park and open space.

Each home in this Prince William County community will include a cottage-style exterior with brick accents, a brick stoop, brick steps, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a two-car garage.

Inside, each home features four bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room; 9-foot ceilings on all three levels; a gas fireplace; 42-inch maple cabinets and recessed lighting in the center-island kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; and gas hot water.

The homes have 2,672 to 2,879 finished square feet, with base prices from $459,990. Monthly homeowner association fees are $105.

The Cottage collection model with a front entrance includes a library alcove off the foyer, a powder room, a dining room, a butler’s pantry and an open family room, breakfast area and kitchen.

Upstairs, the master suite has a sitting alcove, a walk-in closet and a bath. Three more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.

The side-entry Cottage collection model has a library with double doors to a side porch, a powder room, a dining room with a butler’s pantry and an open family room, breakfast area and kitchen on the main level.
