K. Hovnanian Homes is building 53 garage town homes at Arora Hills in Clarksburg, a planned community with streams, parks, swimming pools and playing fields.

Each home in this Montgomery County community will include a brick or stone front, a 10-by-10-foot deck, vinyl siding, professional landscaping and a detached two-car garage.

Inside, all three models feature three levels with three bedrooms; 21/2 baths; hardwood flooring in the foyer; 9-foot ceilings on the main level; crown and chair-rail moldings; a gas fireplace; 42-inch raised-panel oak cabinets and a pantry in the kitchen; a master bath with a tub and separate shower; ceramic tile flooring in all baths; a rough-in for a lower-level bath; dual zone heating and air conditioning; and gas heat and hot water.

The homes have 2,575 finished square feet, with base prices from $449,990. Homeowner association fees are $125 per month.

The Salem I model features a recreation room, den and exercise room on the lower level.

The main level has a step up from the foyer into the living room, columns defining the dining room, a powder room and an open center-island kitchen, breakfast area and family room at the back.

Upstairs, the master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath. Two more bedrooms, a laundry room and a second full bath complete this level.

The Salem III model’s main level has a library, a kitchen, a dining room and a family room.
